I work remotely from my home to office.  Some days, I need to share my work with my co-workers.  I want them to see my screen so I can explain a process.  What is the best app/software I can use so that I get both screen sharing and conference? 

I recently bought a new smartphone, and the box says it is a wireless 'hotspot'. It is an Android phone, and I went to the settings tab and selected 'turn wifi on'. Nothing happened. Am I doing anything wrongly? What exactly is a hotspot, and how can I use it? Thanks.
