I'm installing software for HP printer on my desktop. Can't complete the setup because of this error. I'm hoping for a simple way to resolve this error so thanks for any, if you can share it guys!

I'm using a USB Broadband in most of my surfing hours.

I used to have a DSL Connection but not possible now because of travel and projects.

I think this is a major reason, if not exactly the reason, for this error in Caseware.

Am I correct? How can I fix this and continue using the broadband?

I have some video downloads (with permission) on my Downloads folder that won't play with Sky Anytime PC. Uninstallation and reinstallation doesn't work. Anybody have a better idea? Thank you a hundred times over for your help.

I have installed updates for Turbo Tax Deluxe on a regular schedule for the past few months. This prevented many errors until this one here. I installed the last updates four days back, I think. Does somebody know what to do to fix this? I guess regular updates can't prevent everyerror. Thanks guys.
