My computer is getting heated by minutes. I do not know what is causing it or is it alright for the temperature to be that much.

I try to include NI USI 1.6.0 to my installable. After that the error code 2564 vanishes. But the application is not working and I get the following message:

I am trying to run Adobe Dreamweaver but it always show an error 0xc0000005. I called for a support and after spending many hours talking to a technical support, they told me that it is a problem with my Windows setting. Other Adobe programs works just fine except for this one. Can someone please help me on resolving this issue? Thanks.
