I have installed Windows XP, SP2 and when I attempted to install Microsoft Cluster Server Setup I received the following error message. I restart the computer and attempted to reinstall the setup but the same message shows given below.

I have a Sapphire X1600PRO 256MB AGP memory module and I tried to update the BIOS for the higher core clock speed. My problem is that once I load the New BIOS' ROM, and I click Program it says the following message, and I don't know what else to do. Is there anyone that has an idea on how to fix this?

The Windows server 2012 essentials can’t complete the installation and produces warning or error in the Dashboard. When I am installing Windows server 2012 essentials in the vmware workstation, the vmware just created a normal user on its own.
