I have made a presentation for my school project showcase and as I have a team , I mailed them the presentation. But they said that the whole presentation is ok but the sound files are not playing. As we decided earlier that we will add sound they were upset. But I was shocked !!! Because I personally added sounds in that presentation?

I checked by myself and they were right.  It plays fine in my PC only. How can solve this problem ?

Please help.

I currently purchased five new workstations with Windows 7 Ultimate as their operating system to replace five Windows XP workstations. My five new workstations were purchased with Microsoft Office 2010. My users are accustomed to using Microsoft Office 2007 which is what was installed on their Windows XP machines.

They are now requesting for me to downgrade from Office 2010 to Office 2007. I would like to know what are the steps involved in downgrading from Office 2007 to Office 2010. Is Office 2007 compatible with Windows Ultimate 7? Is this something i can do myself or do i need professional assistance?

Maybe i should return the workstations to the vendor and ask for Office 2007 instead?

I am much in love using the MS 2003 than the MS 2007 maybe just because I am more well verse to it.
For that, I was going to install something on MS 2003, I was going to install this on a MS 2003 in the server which has 400GB worth of data, and I would want or like previous version etc. as well and will allocate a 2TB drive for this.
So the question would be like this…. Has anyone here used the product before, or used the product to backup that much data?
And my real concerned and I want to know is all about stability etc. so any feedback from you guys would be great and helpful for me.

Recently I found out that  my "MS Word" is missing its toolbars. e. g:(bold,italic,center, align. etc). How can i get the toolbars back? as it is a really essential one.

I am using Microsoft Office 2010. Recently I started having a problem with MS Word. It won't start. I tried reinstalling but it didn't work. Other office applications are working fine. It's only MS Word which is giving trouble.

I am presenting some artwork and animation techniques, tomorrow at my school. I have them as .swf and my presentation slides as .ppt.

I have a plan of showing individual movies, (3 actually) in the middle of the presentation of different points. 

Just wanted to know whether it is possible to add the flash movies inside my presents. Please tell me how if it is possible.

We have a mail server in the office. All the employees use MS Outlook to send, receive mail. So far there was no problem at all.

Recently one problem occurred. Some employee send mail with attachments, PDF files and others MS Office files too. When they attach a file which is a catalog, it cannot be sent. It always shows an error message while sending. A few days ago, they were able to easily send this type of messages, from other's computer easy. I had it reinstalled using a license copy but the problem is the same. So what’s the problem?

I am not very highly skilled when dealing with Microsoft Office. I basically only know that you type in the text box and it makes a list in excel. Someday, I wish to take a course over Microsoft Office, but right now I have a job to design a book cover for an EBook. The project is most of the way finished, and it has to be printed shortly to be delivered to the client. To finish the cover, I need a full screen shot of someone creating text using the mirror style word art. I did have a screen shot already, but it is too difficult. I need an easier one.

1. On the ribbon at the top, click insert and then word art.

2. When you are in the word art gallery, choose the style that is most like the effect you want.
