I used MS-Word 2010 to copy paste URL’s from different websites. But when doing it, all the hyperlinks for each copied URL disappeared.  So I have to link the URLs one by one. How can I copy then paste the URLs with hyperlinks automatically? Please send some solution. Thanks.

I am using MS Word 2007 and I cannot view 97-2003 Word documents in usual way. I can open the file, but the content is encoded in foreign letters which I don’t understand. I tried opening the file on other computer and different version of MS Word but the error is still there.  I need the file as soon as possible, so if anyone here can help me open it correctly, please do so. I need to print a PowerPoint presentation on Wednesday. I used Templates then type my slide text in the pre-set boxes. Everything is working fine, but when I print it there are changes into it.  The headline text displays on the darker box with the same size as the body text boxes. The font becomes white with blue background. That background becomes a darker blue and is outlined by the shape of the picture box. I don’t know what happens but I need to fix it as soon as possible. How can I print it with the correct color and shapes? Help please.

I am done with the PowerPoint slideshow and now I want to send it via email. But I don’t know how to send it as a slide show that has no editing and tool bars included. I want to send it as a presentation. How can I do that? Many thanks to you.

My problem applies to PowerPoint 2007 printing issue. I am trying to print Comments, so I choose Print Comments and then hit Ink Markup in Print Preview. The problem is when printing only the sign of Comments is printed. The content is not printed. How can I fix it?

I have a PowerPoint slides that sum up to 7MB. I have to reduce the size to a much smaller one. I cannot convert it to .JPG as I have a co-author that I need to consider. The problem is, they used Windows 97-2004 while the slides are created in PowerPoint 2008 for Mac. But I am saving the slides as 97-2004 for compatibility issue. But even if I can open the presentation on my computer, if I send it to others, they are unable to open it. What seems to be the problem? Please help me fix it. Thanks.

I am having problems running PowerPoint 2011 on my MacBook Pro( 10.5.8). There are times when I am in front of some audience and presenting something, I want to turn off the presenter view on my computer screen and the presentation on the projector. In fact, a mirror display can solve the issue; the Microsoft Help advises its users to select the mirror from a dropdown list, but I cannot see the 2-screen option on the menu. How can I fix this? Where can I find the 2-screen option? I’m lost, please help.

I made a very nice Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) in PowerPoint. I added an automatic music background and I also inserted a STOP button that’s halts the display at any time you wish to end the presentation.  

My problem is, even if I clicked on the stop button to stop the display, the music is playing simultaneously.

How can I fix it?
