I am done with the PowerPoint slideshow and now I want to send it via email. But I don’t know how to send it as a slide show that has no editing and tool bars included. I want to send it as a presentation. How can I do that? Many thanks to you.

Hi there Chris!

In order to save your PowerPoint presentation as a slideshow you just have to open the file in Microsoft PowerPoint then you save it as a PowerPoint show. In order to do that, let me give you a step by step instruction. First thing is, open the file or the PowerPoint presentation you created.

Then on the upper left portion of your PowerPoint program, click the Window icon (if using PowerPoint 2007 and up) or File menu then go to save us then select PowerPoint show.

After that, you save your file in your desired location. Once you've saved the file. Just go ahead to your email client if you're using one or to your email program like yahoo, Gmail or other. Then attach the file to your email and send it to your recipient.

Hope this one helps you! Please let me know. Thank you.

Hello Chris,

You will just have to save your presentation as an Ms PowerPoint document with the .doc extension, and then you will attach it to the email and deliver it to the destination.

You can also choose to compress the document into a zipped format if it happens to be bigger and thus pose problems when attaching it to the Email.

With your email opened, go to compose message then type the message that you want to send in the message box, when you are done look for 'attach files' and click on it and then browse for the destination of you PowerPoint document and then click on attach. Your document will be attached and then you send the destination email address.
