I have some old files that I need to open. I can open the document but to my surprise, the encoding looks different and strange. What software can I use in order to open the file correctly? Help please.
You did not state clearly which operating system you are using or even where the files were saved and even the which type of files this are. I will answer you in a general way, the Microsoft windows 2010 can open and save files in any form of but provided they are of windows version. Check also the regional setting of the country that you are in because you will need to have them added in your settings. You can change this in the control panel then click on the clock, language and region then click the region and language tab. Select your location from the list then on the keyboards and language add the language that you need then click ok. Hope this will go along to help you sort your problem.
