I work in internet many hours per day but in previous days there was a problem that some web pages won't appear. I use different browsers (internet explorer, Firefox and Google chrome) but problem is the same. So please anyone tell me what is the problem is it a virus and how to fix.

I tried logging in to Photobucket and creating an account. 

However, I failed to do so because it said that I was ineligible to register. 

This is a bit weird since it’s a new account and I had entered valid data. 

I had actually created accounts several times already and it said the same thing every time.
