Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble with Messenger Plus! Live installation. I am not sure what seems to be the problem but every time I try to install it the same error message is displayed: “Messenger Plus! Live
A fatal error occurred, the setup cannot continue.
Error Code: 8008"
Aceptar”.
I would be really grateful if someone shared the information from an experience like this one.

Hi Thomas,
I suggest that you try to download another (Latest) of the windows messenger live and see if it works for you. This problem should not be occurring unless you are having problems with the internet connection or may be there are some important files missing in the download.

Hello Thomas,
This was a error remained by the developers. They already removed this error. I gone through few forums and also asked on their official and they are telling that this problem is already solved and you can download it form their official sites and also can use it. But the problem is they only solved it for windows XP and there is nothing mentioned about windows 7 or 8.
Also it may show some damages when it appears.
