We are currently converting from Lotus Notes to Google Apps and also doing Windows XP users to Windows 7.

We noticed that when Windows XP is converted or upgraded to Windows 7, the users are experiencing problems. They are receiving Lotus Notes Client 8.5.2 FP2. They are using Chrome as users of the Google application. The main problem is that these users receive a (Lotus Notes) document link in Google apps, the users try to click on the link, then a dialog is initiated by the Google apps (External Protocol Request), afterwards the users click the “Launch Application” and suddenly a blank tab opens the application but the user is not brought to the Lotus or into the problematic document.

I am interrupted with this many times a day. Where users receiving their e-mails, then I can’t make any step until understand about the problem.

I already have restarted both the blackberry administration service-application server and native code container services running 5.0.1 bundle 5.

I have also searched over internet for solution but disheartened. I am really needing help.

Since last few days, the administration services web console was responding slowly, 5 minutes for each action. From the need of solving this issue, in another server, I have installed a new Administration services.

After this installation I can’t access the web console through logon. I found the following error message on the BAS-AS log file: getAuthenticationCredentialsLocal stored password could not be decrypted

I have created a new service account on the KB18161 for the AD authentication without special character on the password, but same problem.

I played Football Manager 2012, but I got XML Parsing Error when saving or sometimes even when just loading the game.

I searched online, and I was told to delete the settings folder in C: but that did not resolve my problem even if I already choose the “show hidden files” in folder options. How can I fix this error?

I have BlackBerry Torch and I upgraded my Facebook application to 2.0.

But I noticed that after successfully upgrading, I wasn’t able to connect to Facebook anymore.

I can connect to it without issues before upgrading. I always have an error 100 when trying to log in. 

We cannot reach the Facebook server at this time.

How can I resolve this?

I am trying to test Facebook with a single login and all the comments to work in my website which is under one domain. Does anyone encounter the same issue? Do you have any ideas on resolving it?
