When I start to join to my dial-up connection, always i see a message; it says "Registering your computer on the network"

I find error 720: a connection to the remote computer could not be established.

Then I contact with my isp, and the problem shows to be on my side, not theirs.
In following the screenshot, you can find the yellow-marked adapters and these adapters have errors: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.

The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

What is the solution of this?

Hi experts

Most of the times my computer Freezes up; also it is not working.
I run my Laptop for Programming, Gaming, Digital Electronic Development, etc.
Configuration is:
The CPU – i7 @ 2.0 GHz, HDD – 2x 7200 RPM 2.5" and RAM – 6GB DDR3 1333.

This problem also occurs on my aunts’ computer.
Configuration of mu aunts’ computer:
CPU – Core 2 Duo, HDD – 500GB (Unknown Speed) 3.5" and RAM – 2GB DDR2.

I am using Windows 7 64bit and my aunt are using Vista. What is the problem? I need a solution. Please help.
