I have a problem with regards to check disk using the command line. It appears like the image shown above. I was trying to check some errors in my hard drive by using the command line utility. When i type the chkdsk c: the message appeared as "Access Denied ………….". I am just eager to check the hard drive if there’s some error occurs.

Access Denied as you do not have sufficient privileges.

You have to invoke this utility running in elevated mode.

Recently I need to reinstall fresh version of Windows XP operating system. But after installing new OS, I am having some problems with my Cannon LBP 1200 printer. Previously everything was fine and the printer was shared by multiple users. To install the printer driver, I just put the driver CD on to my CD-ROM and it was installed on to my pc without showing any error message. But after installing the printer driver I am experiencing the following problems:

1. The language showing on printer properties is not in English format.
2. Legal paper size is missing on the paper size list.
3. Printing job doesn’t start immediately after print command.
4. I am unable to share the printer on the network.

My Acer One Netbook with Windows 7 Starter Edition suddenly stops responding. It just stuck and froze from the last window I am in. So I literally took off the battery which I think is not a good idea but even the power button will not work so I have to force close it. When turning the system on, it says, boot device not found. And there is an odd noise inside it. Sounds like a fan is continuously running but it is really loud. I run the USB to reformat my netbook but it can't find the hard disk. Here are the specifications of my Acer One Netbook for reference:

I was trying to reach the Task Manager option because the computer was hang up due to number of applications were active in desktop. To do this action, i pressed the Ctrl+Alt+Delete key functions but apparently when the content came out the Task Manager option were disable and prompted like what you have seen in the image below.

I need some tips for taking care of my pc. After every some days dusts make my CPU dirty inside and outside. Especially my monitor is attacked by dust every day.

How can I easily remove that dust from inside and outside my CPU? How can I keep my CPU clean every day easily? Should I use any kind of fluid for the cleaning? What kind of fluid can I use? I really need to know.

I am using Samsung hard 500GB hard drive now. But recently it starts clicking. What does the click sound mean? Even sometimes I cannot connect it without disconnecting it.

When it start clicking, my pc stutters. My hard drive is almost filling up with many important data. If I had to format it then I will fall in a great problem. I really do not want to do it. What can I do now?

I use a Network drive which by default comes along with software that makes it recognizable in windows. I connect my drive through Netgear Gigabit wired switch.

My Windows 7 recognizes the drive and shows it in my computer but sometimes at the start up I get the message saying “it was not possible to connect all the network drives”. In my computer they are shown with a red cross and upon trying the reconnect the windows immediately reconnects the drive now this is not something that is causing a lot of trouble but it happens sufficiently enough to be a nuisance.

Any help regarding the matter?

I have found very recently that a whirling sound is coming from my CPU. It was not so acute before. I could not figure out where from the sound in exactly coming. I am really tensed about that sound.

Someone please help me to figure out what really the sound is. Is it harmful for my computer? What can I do to get rid of the sound? The sound is increasing day by day.

I have a HP pavilion computer with Microsoft windows vista installed on it.

Well recently I updated my windows using system update and after that I am experiencing a problem with my mouse and keyboard.

The problem is that my cursor moves randomly on the screen in sometimes little or large jumps also I am experiencing that the text moves to random lines sometimes.

Well I know its not a hardware issue since both the keyboard and mouse were working fine before the update and started this right after it.

Please help as I need my old computer back.

I need to know how to use two monitor at a time. Is it really possible? Is I need to use an external graphics card to do it? Want to know all detail about it. Is there any suitable software to manage two desktop at a time? If there any please provide me the download link of that software.
