I've HP Laptop with a Built In Web Cam. It has an Icon at Desktop by the Name of amcap.

It has the Option to Make Videos, But there is No Option to Take Still Pictures or Snap Shots.

Please Tell me How Can I Take Snaps with the Help of using my Cam.

I am listening a background sound (like beep for a long time, but the intensity is not that high) from my monitor. Note that my monitor is CRT Flat. I just bought it two month ago. I have no other problems with this monitor. So what you think is causing the problem.

I was using Microsoft lifecam as a webcam and mic when I make video calls in Skype. I dropped the webcam a couple of times and I noticed that the microphone quality became really terrible. I just bought a generic mic and I want to use it now together with the lifecam. How can I switch the microphone? I already plugged the mic but it is still not working.  Can anyone help me out?

I am gurdeep singh from Punjab {India}. i am computer ahrdware and network engineer from last few weeks i am facing a regular problem in motherboards display my motherboards fan onces starts and then stops after few seconds and then restarts automatically but it does not give any display on monitor i tried everything like change of Ram, Processor and processor fan it nothing works. if i start motherboad without Ram then it gives long beep of missing ram. please provide the solution for this problem.
