Apple
I have an iPhone 5 and wanted to use the iTunes app. The app runs fine when searching, etc. However, when I go to download, it begins the download but then it crashes and restarts as soon as the download begins. Why would the app do this? So far I do not see that I have been charged for any music but sometimes that takes a few days. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I bought an iPad Air a few months ago, obviously unaware that the iPad 2 was due to be released very shortly. I mostly used my tablets for gaming purposes. Is there any difference, in terms of performance, between the iPad air and the iPad air 2? Are the changes only on the inside, I heard that there is a fingerprint reader on the new iPad. Is that true?

I have realized that we will be able to make calls on the new Apple iWatch. I know that phones use SIM cards to make calls and I own an iPhone but would wish to buy the iWatch. Does this mean that I will need two SIM cards with the same number? This sounds odd! If not how does the watch transfer or detect calls to your sim card? If it is used with the iPhone, what happens if my phone is far or switched off?

I created files with PSD running on Mac OSX but lost them after a blackout. The files I had created were not saved, but I think there must be a way that unsaved files are saved temporarily in a computer. I would like an explanation on where I should find the temporary files and how to recover them. Anyone experienced in this will help a lot.

I have an iPhone 4S that works great except that it crashes every time I access the Words with Friends app. I do not have any other issues with my phone other than this one app crashing. I have tried deleted and reinstalling the app. Does this occur on other types of phones? I am due for an upgrade and am wondering if I will see similar issues with Samsung, etc. Thank you for your assistance.

I live out in the country with really bad internet service so I have to stay close to the router to use my iPad. I have seen boosters for laptops and PC's that you plug into. But would like to increase my signal while being mobile. Is this possible with a iPad mini?

I came across a really good deal for what they said is a mint iPhone 6. They keep saying that it is jailbroken and I have no idea what that means? Is this a stolen iPhone? Should I report this person to local police in their area?

I have a Mac with OS X Lion. I am working on setting up my iCloud account after creation of my Apple account. In researching iCloud, it seems this is a tool I absolutely want to have, but I cannot seem to understand what all will be connected for me? For example, I have an iPhone and a Mac. Will I be able to access my Mac applications on my iPhone with iCloud? Will I be able to back up my Mac or iPhone with iCloud in the event I lose information? Thank you for your assistance.

I was at a party last weekend where a few girls kept taking my iPhone 6 in another room. Now days later I am seeing charges to my credit card but no new apps or music has been added to my phone. Could they have used my account to purchase music for their phone? Can you dispute charges after a couple days?

I am looking to purchase my first iPad but need to get it pretty cheap. I see a lot of refurbished iPads for sale online but really want to get one directly from Apple. Can soneone explain to me how to get one? Is there any security risks by using a iPad someone else has been using? Could you be connected to any activity they did online?
