I am a Kaspersky internet security Antivirus user. For the proper protection of my computer I need to update the antivirus. But I do not know how to update this Antivirus. Now I need the update procedure of this antivirus. This is most important for my computer 's protection.

None of the Antiviruses I downloaded  run such as Esset, Avast, AVG, Kaspersky. I don't know why. Is there something wrong with my computer or can you suggest me any other Antivirus beside from what I've mentioned?

I am using pen drive in my computer.

But I noticed that many of the deadly viruses spread easily through the use of pen drive.

Now I need safety tips on how to protect the computer from virus infection by pen drive.

I am using ESET NOD 32 version 4 as an Antivirus for my laptop. I am very satisified by this software, it had never let me down yet. I had been using it for about two (2) years now. Just recently at school, my classmates passed around a USB Stick that contained our project on a school subject.

When I plugged the stick, my laptop detected the USB stick but it was not present in the "My Computer" folder. I couldn't access it. I plugged and unplugged the USB but nothing worked, still my laptop detects the USB but not present in  "My Computer".

Before that ESET detected a virus in that USB,then I just clicked "Ok" without reading the content of the notification. And now I have a problem with it.

I am using Avast, a free Antivirus. I don’t use the internet regularly. Yesterday when I was scanning my PC I got some viruses but Avast was unable to delete those files. The viruses are: TROZ_FAKEAV. HKZ, TROZ_DROPPR. FB, JS_FBJACK. B etc.

What is the severity of those viruses? How can I delete those viruses?

I have updated Norton Antivirus, but I recently found out that the Antivirus does not detect the severe "Trojan" when I insert my flash drive from my personal computer to another computer. What is the best solution except reformatting my computer to detect and delete the virus?

My MsWord 2003 file seems like to be corrupted and showing errors when I try to open ( data in blocks), I tried office recovery tools and free available word recovery tools but output is zero.

My question is how to recover it ?

These few months I am very confused, because there is a problem in my computer. I am trying saya. sudah way to solve that problem. I mean the problem of computer viruses. Many of my friends suggested that Antivirus downloaded on the internet for free there.

I tried suggestions from friends and finally I installed a free Antivirus. For a month I use the Antivirus software and it was running fine. In August I checked my computer and my computer was getting worse than it becomes. My computer is made to die by a virus because I used Antivirus that does not work to eradicate the virus. All of my data turned into shortcut.

Please give me a solution to eradicate the virus? including what is it? why I can not remove the virus?
