I want to build a new PC. I have a 700- Watts PSU, an old graphics card (AMD HD 7870). The computer that I'm using right now has loads of RAM (8GB of Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB 1600Mhz) inside it that I can also use. Now, I need an advice so I can make it low on cost. What are the other parts that I need that can work with what I already have? Thanks in advance.

I was playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive when suddenly my PC freezes and after about 5 to 30 minutes of playing, my screen turns black and sometimes shows vertical lines. I am using Dell XPS 8700 with Windows 8.1 Pro. When I checked on the Event Log, I noticed that it is a problem with the Dell Data Vault program installed on my computer. Then I deleted the vault folder of the Dell Data thinking that it can help on resolving the issue. However, the issue still occurs and shows an error of: "The Dell Data...

I need help on my NET Cisco DPC3928 modem. I was unable to disable it so I can use my D-Link  DIR-803 router. It is shows something about incompatibility issue and that I should contact a technical support from D-Link and it also shows a step-by-step instruction such as altering my IP address, bridge and more. I followed everything including some tutorials that I found online, but nothing works. I need tips to make my router work. Thanks.

My default browser is Google Chrome and my problem begins on it. When I opened my browser, it directs me to www.google.com/#, then the Search and Menu box turns into an object that if I click on it, a message box will appear stating that, "Google has detected a virus on your computer, now download Google Antivirus to eliminate the threat".

I have my own antivirus program running on the background and it found nothing when I try to scan. The odd part is, it also happens with my other browsers. Can someone help me?

I am encountering an issue with my Samsung external hard disk. It has 1TB and some of the files are in RAW. It notifies me to reformat it but I just can't do that since I have downloaded several movies and television series. I tried resolving it by downloading a backup tool so I can send my movies and tv series on another external hard disk. Then I used the Tool Get Data back and reformatted the hard disk. But the problem is,  my Samsung HD stated that it only have 596GB space. But looking on the Get Data...

The problem occurs with my GTX 460. When connecting the second PCI-e 6-Pin cable, my computer won't turn on. But if I connected a single 6-pin connector, the VGA cooler will work, but logically, the video does not really work since a 2-pin connector is needed. I want to know if I need to do something to resolve the issue. Please note that I tested this on another computer and the same thing happens. I also purchased an HD 7850 so I can try but I need to know if there's a way to restore the board? Please help.

I am using a Dell Inspiron 3000 and my problem is, it turns on and then off. It seems that it will start, but it's not. I tried opening my CPU to ensure that there is no loose thread or wires. It all seems fine but I found out that the cooler will start for 5-6 seconds. After that, it will turn off and my computer will not start. How can I resolve this issue?

I am using a Dell Inspiron 14R laptop with Intel Core i7, 4500U, P RAM, GeForce GT 740M and 2GB. I usually played games on it such as Elder Scrolls, Skyrim, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor and my most recent game is, The Crew. Normally, the graphics while playing those games are reasonable, but when I played The Crew, I noticed that it warmed too much even if its in low graphics, as compared to the normal. Is it a problem with my video card? Or anything else?

Hello! I just bought a Dell V14T-5470-A60 with Windows 8 running on it. For the first time, I am encountering an issue. I am unable to upload any files, either by Email, Dropbox or Facebook. In result, I could not download anything. The odd part is that, even though I am using the same Wi-Fi on other computers connected to the same network, my computer is the only one experiencing this kind of problem. Can someone help me on resolving this?
