I have an iphone 4s and I have upgraded it to ios7. I've been trying to access the iCloud from my phone, but it's not allowing me. I'm getting an error that says 'unable to connect to server'. I am still able to connect to my iCloud account using my computer. Is there something wrong with my phone?

We are working with multiple servers, all of it with dual NICs. To provide connectivity between the servers to the firewall LAN interface, we are currently using a single unmanaged switch. We have two Dell 3524 switches and two SonicWall NSA 4500s. How should we set up the two switches and how should we connect them? We want to be covered just in case one of the switches or firewalls go down for any reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I installed Win 8.1 on my laptop, an HP Probook 450 G0 and made sure it has been installed with the most recent updates available. It came installed with Validity Fingerprint Reader but I can't use it. There is no option for the fingerprint sensor on the window sign-in options. Nothing happens when I roll my finger over the sensor. What do I need to do to make it work? Do I need to install other software?

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 and it's not able to recognize the simcard inside it. I reseated and made sure it was properly inserted into the slot then turned it on. The simcard was still not being detected so I tried another simcard and it did not make a difference. What is wrong with my phone? Is there anything I can do to fix it or should I just take it back to the carrier and make them fix it?

I have newly installed a blade server and it's able to communicate, but the network ports are not communicating. We use Cisco for the blade chassis interconnects. It seems that traffic from the newly installed blade is not passing from the Cisco switch. What is the probable cause of this issue? Is there any way to fix it? 

My HP slate is 7 having a problem. The only way I can make it work is to use headphones. It has been like this for weeks now. I tried plugging and unplugging the headphones countless times but it did not work. Is it stuck in headphone mode? I am getting a little frustrated. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have an iPhone 5s. My son played on it for a few minutes and now when I use it, the screen no longer rotates. I used to be able to turn the display around and the screen rotates but now it only stays on one side. Is there a setting that can be changed? Or is the screen broken now?

My Dell laptop is not turning on. I reseated the battery and the power adapter but nothing changed. I tried turning it on using only the battery and it worked, but if I have the power adapter plugged into the laptop, the power button only blinked for a second and nothing else happened. What the hell is wrong with my laptop? 

Why can't I connect to WIFI using my Android phone? I already turned on the WIFI under settings and selected an open network. It does not ask for a security key and it allowed me to connect right away. The status says I'm connected, however, I am still not able to browse the internet using different browsers.

My HP Touchsmart 310-1125y computer went to sleep and when I went back, the screen briefly flashed for a second then it went blank. I turned it off and turned it back on, the same screen displayed for a second then went black again. I can hear the Windows startup sound so I tried typing my password it and it sounded like it went through. But I am still not getting any video. What should I do?
