I was trying to install Citrix Provisioning Services Target Devices 64 bit program but I received the following error message saying “The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect”. Is this connection problem or anything else? I attempted all correctly so why this error come? I want to remove this immediately so please provide solution.

An error has encountered when I was trying to install ArcGIS 9.0. I completely removed Alta4 ImageMepper before installing ArcGIS 9.0 then why did I encounter this error message?
