Actually my computer has stopped booting from hard disk. I can’t even start my laptop. I have Google but found nothing helpful. I need a step by step tutorial on how to recover my data from that hard disk to an external hard drive so I could throw out that hard disk and start with a new one?

I have been using this modem for the last odd years or so. I did work on Windows XP Pro and have updated the program regularly.  The final version was V 3.2.1.156.

We have more than 200 users. We are handling them with Exchange server 2003. We are planning for a secondary server that could support them in case if the first server gone down. We want our user to use and access their email and mailbox with the second server then.
