I use windows 7 and I am facing a problem recently that my windows restarts itself without giving me any warning.

What am I supposed to do if I am not getting any warning. Can anybody help me with this?

Whenever I turn my pc on, it comes with an error saying that NTLDR is missing. I am really frustrated about it. Do you guys know 

anything about this error or is it only me who is getting such error.
