2 days ago when I started my computer it got stuck on the "Starting Windows" screen.  I had to force power off and reboot. Using 'system repair' it finally went to the desktop.  But every time i turn the computer on this happens.  Should I just format my computer? I had computer problems in the last month had to have it repaired twice! So I'm not sure if this is a continuing issue with my PC or if it's Windows.

I have a strange problem with my desktop computer. The problem is my computer data transfer rate is too slow but while data transferring when i touch my computer with my hand the speed goes up with my touch. I can't understand what to do can anybody tell me where is the problem?

I know that, there are two server in a mail server these are SMTP and POP3 server. POP3 (Post offict Protocol 3) server stores mail. But how is do it and is there any memory limit? Or POP3 server can reject any mail?

I have a desktop computer on which the Windows version is 98. I tried to install Windows 2000 on it. During installation, installation has been stopped automatically. I shut down the computer and launched the installation again and the installation has been stopped again.

Then it turn into black screen asking for boot source, when I load the bootable source on the CD ROM, why the DOS system cannot find my bootable source disc?

My IDE works well as well as my bootable source disc.
