How to recovery data from overwritten hard disk

I unfortunately deleted some important files a year back and this came to my knowledge when I required them. At this time I had formatted my hard disk many a times. Please help me otherwise I will Have to bear great economical losses.
I am ready to pay for recovery, if it can’t be done freely.

Microsoft .NET issue, slows down the system

I recently installed .NET in my laptop, after installing when I restarted my laptop it became very slow and took 8 minutes to start. When the problem persisted I uninstalled .NET and everything become ok!

Unable to connect to internet via LAN

I mostly use my college, Wi-Fi which works perfectly on my laptop. But when I tried to connect a LAN to access internet, it could not be connected. I Reinstalled the Ethernet driver, but still the problem persist.
