I am using DVD Decrypter and all was fine, but one time I came to an error, I have no clue what this error all about, so I update my pioneer to 1.18 but the error still there, is it error to my DVD?

             Hi people! I having problem with my Adobe Reader Installed to my computer. Last few days it works well, but when I open it recently error occurred every time I scroll down the Opened PDF file. I re-installed the software but still not working, I also update to a newer version but error still there. What happened to my computer? I am using Virtual DJ in my computer with Vista O.S.  I got this error message every time I attempt to run the software.

The error message includes character’s which I don’t recognize and don’t understand.  I don’t have any idea why this error appears. I searched through internet but can’t find the exact answer.
