Image for tarpaulin prints the whole thing in pure solid black

One customer brings his image to us for tarpaulin printing.

I copied the image from his USB drive and sent it into your Roland SC-545EX printer.

I have got no idea why the image prints in solid black, no image was printed, and it was just a solid black.

What I did just to print the image is to re-make the whole image in Adobe Photoshop then save.

Anyone can explain how it happened?

Foam on my Roland SC-545EX waste dumper destroyed

I tried to replace the foam of my printer on the waste dumper (this is where the printer head blew inks before start printing on the tarpaulin) with ordinary foam, but the foam melts down when ink is dumped into it.

I try to replace it with URATEX foam but also melt. Our supplier doesn’t have that part, and they tell us that it is just ordinary foam.

I have got no help from them; maybe in this site you have the solution.

I’m having an issue with Unlocker software. I had to use this software to delete some of my folders which were not being deleted without the help of such software. But whenever I try to delete folders it gives error

“Cannot delete folder: It is being used by another person or program.

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again”.

I would also like to mention that no programs are running or using these files. I've tried rebooting, starting in safe mode, etc. but all in vain. I have XP installed and have administrator rights. Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?

Roland SC-545EX printer prints dull blue color

When printing a tarpaulin, our tarpaulin printer prints dull blue color. Sometimes blue color became violet.

I tried to clean the printer, using the head cleaning and the power cleaning option on the printer’s panel.

I tried to test print and found out that the other side of the cyan ink/head doesn’t print.

Please help!

Roland SC-545EX printing solid yellow lines during printing and on test print.

Every morning, I power on our Roland SC-545EX printer to print a test page as a part of our maintenance so that in the whole day as customers arrived we already known the condition of the printer.

But just this morning when I print the test page, it prints a yellow solid line from the beginning of the tarpaulin up to the last line of the print.

Please help.

Hi, I accidently deleted some of my important data from my drive. Now I had to recover it back. I surfed internet a lot for searching good software for recovering my deleted data. I got one i.e. “Undelete 360”. After this I installed it successfully and when I tried to open the application the following error occurred.

“Access violation at address 005EAAF6 in module ‘undelete-360.exe’.

Read of address 000003B1.

I reinstalled it, but the same occurs. Please someone tell me what shall I do now.
