Access is Denied on Accessing PuTTY Connection Manager

Not long ago I upgraded my windows XP to windows 7. I recently wanted to use Putty connection administrator to connect with my Linux based hosting space. I wanted to use putty because it provides tabbed sessions for connecting to multiple Telnet/SSH machines. Unfortunately, I’m running into a bunch of problems using Windows Home.
I had stored the putty database file prior to replacing windows XP with Win7 and then I imported the actual connections in order to use Putty Connection Manager with Windows 7 Home editions. It worked great the first time, but when I tried to connections I started having problems. When I had multiple sessions open and closed one, Putty Connection manager also released another active connection and gave this error:
Putty Connection Manager
An unexpected error occurred.
