Problems downloading updates for Acronis software

I just started up Acronis and it started downloading updates. During the download, however I’m receiving this error:

Hey Oparker!

There is a possibility that the %TMP%Acronis Updates folder is blocked by your antivirus that’s why Acronis is unable to update.

To avoid this problem, follow these steps:

1. Open your antivirus and add the %TMP%Acronis Update to the exemption list, so that your antivirus does not block it any more.

2. After doing this, restart your computer, It will free the %TMP%Acronis Update folder.

3. Now again install the program and update it with the help of Acronis True Image Home 2012.

It will solve your problem.
