My iTunes has encountered a problem while playing a movie

Hi,

My iTunes has encountered a problem while playing a movie. It demands QuickTime.

However, I have no idea for the issue. Is there anyone can help me to get a remedy of this issue?

The film requires QuickTime, which is not support by this version of iTunes

My iTunes has encountered a problem while playing a movie

Hi,

Please update to the latest version of iTunes, The Latest version is iTunes 10.7 its a free download. Please go to iTunes.com click on free download then click download. This download is 74.9 MB depending on your internet speed it will take 5 – 15 minutes to finish.

Installation is very simple just follow the instructions and you should be ok.

Hello Ammelia,

Don’t worry about the abnormalities of your iTunes. This problem is generally shown associated with 10.5 or later version of iTunes because quick time is not embedded. Generally for file from iTunes store doesn’t need quick time but other media files need to install quick time for playing.

For clear and fresh Download of Quick time

If any have any problem associated with quick time you can successfully eradicate by uninstalling and installing quick time and restarting your pc after installation because for reboot installation of software restart is help to embed the file with your respected area and to successfully run your program.
