Why is server not mapping any drive?

Why is the server not mapping any drive and printers? The group policy is not updating the workstation while the user account control is on and I have tried to log on continuously but the problem still remains. I have collected the group policy result to check if the policy setting is applied successfully and the event log. What other troubleshooting approach can I use to fix this problem?
