Let me clear about spin sound card creative problem

Hi experts,

I am facing problem of some noise in my speakers and headphone. I can hear every sound while moving the mouse, playing CDs and doing some work. I am using creative live DE 5.1 sound card in my computer. Is this problem with sound card or something else? I searched on the internet about my problem but and found something like spin sound card creative, I am not clear what is this. Waiting for feedback and solutions.

Let me clear about spin sound card creative problem

Good day Groat

Have you checked for the latest updated drivers for your sound card? The following steps will show you how to check for driver updates.

Click on start, computer, right click on computer and go to properties.

Now click on device manager on the left side of the window.

Now click on the sound and video and game controllers.

Double click on your sound card.

Now click on the Driver tab, click on update driver.

Click on " Search automatically for updated  driver software" Ensure that you have internet connectivity.

This process will search for the latest drivers.

If drivers are installed, switch the PC off and on again.

If you still have  the problem, it could be a hardware issue

Check that the audio cable is correctly attached to your sound card.

     

Hopefully this will resolve your sound card issue.
