Ok have you tried proceeding by pressing continue? What were the problems you encountered? Did it open? Or the same message popped up? Then have you tried reporting the error to the said site?

It would really help to give more details not just the error message cause this could really help in solving the problem. When it started? Or what happened before this problem occurred and if you have used the program before?

So let us just try this. Try reinstalling the program it may help a lot by either fixing the problem or replacing the damaged software. You could also try reinstalling your OS this should do the trick.

I think the reason why the error message appears after you start your Mac is that it is set to start or the program is set to start together with your operating system which means it is included in the startup. Programs or applications that are added to the startup are automatically started once the computer starts and after you log in to your account. This is basically the same as with Microsoft Windows.

The simplest way of removing and stopping the dialog box from appearing after you started your computer is to remove it from startup. To remove items from startup, open System Preferences then Users & Groups. Select your username then click Login Items tab. See image.

The tab lists the items that start when you login. To remove a program from startup, select the item from the list and then click the minus button [-]. Alternatively, if you only want to hide the program from the list after loading, just check the Hide box before the item.
