My Kyocera Mita printer suddenly stopped printing halfway

Hello, my Kyocera Mita model KM-1815 printer is having some problem. I printed a page easily but the machine suddenly stopped printing the next page. It did not print and showed an error code C6020. I contacted the customer care but they could not tell me the solution. Do you have any kind of information regarding this problem? If so, then please let me know. Suggestions regarding the solution for this issue is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Ammelia!

*Error code C6020 pertains to High fuser temperature.

* Update the firmware of your Kyocera Mitra model to fix the problem.

* Order a modified fuser plug connector to the distributor of the printer.

* Make sure that your printer is not in an enclosed spot that can cause abnormal heat in the printer. Also do not place your printer in place that is too cold.

* Contact the service center of Kyocera and have them check and repair your printer's problem. A main board replacement might be needed since a hardware failure might be occurring.
