Hi, I am using Kenwood HD20GA7 MP3 player. Recently, I formatted my mp3 player but after that, it has been flashing with a message saying error 00100060. Now, it is not responding. I reformatted the device again in an attempt to fix it, but has given me no positive result. Do you have any idea on how to fix this error? Please let me know. Thanks.

Please avoid formatting the device quite-often, as it might corrupt the system utility files. When you would have connected your HD20GA7 MP3 player to computer for first use/sync, some driver files and utility files would have got installed in computer. You need to browse to the same folder (Most likely C:Program FilesKenwoodHD20GA7). Backup and copy the folder named KWSYSTEM, paste the same in your HD20GA7 PLAYER. Then disconnect the device from computer. Do a soft-reset by turning it Off, if possible remove the battery out, wait for a minute or two, re-insert battery, turn-on device back again. It should resolve the problem.
