Microsoft Outlook Error Code 0x80042109: While Sending Messages

I am facing error code 0x80042109 while sending mail in outlook. I tried resolving the issue by restarting software and laptop. It displayed an error that the Outlook is not able to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server.

Microsoft Outlook Error Code 0x80042109: While Sending Messages

The error could be due to one of these reasons:

1. Partial software installation or inappropriate settings of Outlook account. Try resetting the account or delete and make a new one.

2. The attachments may be corrupt/deleted or improperly attached.

3. Restart the broadband connection and try to load other websites.

4. Review local firewall settings to check if the Outlook is blocked else disable your firewall or any other antivirus installed.
