Need software for screen sharing for home office

Hi techyv,  

I work remotely from my home to office.  Some days, I need to share my work with my co-workers.  I want them to see my screen so I can explain a process.  What is the best app/software I can use so that I get both screen sharing and conference?

Teamviewer is the best solution  for you .You can share your screen to your co-worker within a few second  without  worrying about firewall , IP as well as NAT.It is very easy to use, you can remote control your partner , transfer your file without  share your desktop .You also try it by skype .There is another option to share your or meeting your co-worker  which is " join.me".
