Please try to disable the IOBit 360, and make sure you only have one security program running on your system.  If the suggestion stated does not work for you, you may want to try the following methods instead:

Renaming the files:

• Click on Start.
• Go to Search.
• Click For Files or Folders Name box.
• Type mso9intl.dll.
• Hit Search.
• Right-click on Mso9intl.dll.
• Rename it as mso9intl.old.
• Press on Enter.
• Repeat previous steps to rename Msohelp.exe and Msoffice.exe with .old extension.
• Close Search Results.

Reinstalling Office:

• Click Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Choose Control Panel.
• Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.
• Uninstall Office then reinstall.
• Reboot System.

You are getting the error message on your Microsoft Office because the paging file value setting is too low. To fix this issue, we need to increase the size of the paging file. Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

1.       Right click ‘My computer’ and click ‘Properties’.

2.       In the ‘System Properties’ dialogue box, click the ‘Advance’ tab.

3.       Select ‘Performance’ then click the ‘Settings’ tab.

4.       You see ‘Virtual memory’. Click ‘Change’.

5.       Change the initial size value and the maximum size value to a higher value. Then click ‘OK’.

           This should solve your issue.

This was exact problem i faced couple of years back. The solution is simple, all you need to do is to follow the steps given below:

1- Insert the Microsoft Office  2007 installation CD.

2- Open Microsoft  Word

3- Go to Detect and Repair tab -> Choose Restore my shortcuts

4- In Detect and Repair tab -> Choose Discard my customized settings

5- Click Start to initialize the repair process

6- Once the repairing is done click OK.

This will fix the errors you mentioned.

 The problem is happening because of windows. It is making a replicated copy of the installation process in your computer. To overcome this problem you can do two things, clean the registry or reinstall the MS office. Now reinstalling MS office is preferable. For doing this first download a registry cleaner like winasoand install CCleaner. Now uninstall the MS office and run the both cleaners and clean the system file and the registry. Than reinstall the MS office. After installing the MS office again run the both cleaners. This process will fix the problem.
