WMP automatically run when windows on

Hi there!

My computer has funny problems. It is really a funny issue for windows. But I cannot solve this. When I run my computer then windows media player run automatically and play music. How is it possible?

I cannot find this option to stop it. But I try to delete windows media player auto play from my task bar. I delete this from task bar. But no issue solve. How can I stop this?

Dear Darren knepp,

Deleting wmp is not the solution. Please uninstall the program from your computer then delete this file. Then you collect a new uncorrupted file and install it. This will probably help unless there is any other problem. You can use different players to enjoy. There is some more media player in the market which are too smart. Thank you very much.

Hi,

• Windows Media Player automatically play music when opening, this called an auto – play for WMP.
• Windows Media Player autoplay can be done by setting up a task in your windows.

Here's how it works;

* Go to Start, Under Programs look for Task Scheduler.
* Go to Create Basic Task in the Task Scheduler Library.
* Set a name of that Task.
* Set a date when you want to start.
* Set a time and how long.
* Set an action to perform.
* Start the program.

In your case, when you open the Windows Media Player, it auto-play music because it was set-up that way.
