I have been getting the below given dialog box pop up , when I try to use Windows Movie maker. I try to play a video or perform any kind of action and it throws up the error message.
I had a working version of Windows movie maker on my machine, and I am not sure what variation has caused this error to pop up.
I am not able to load the Movie maker for any of my purpose and it is totally disabled.
Does anyone have any idea on this?

XML Adder.exe – Application Error
Hi There ToddPerez.
XML stands for Extensible Markup Language it is use in windows movie maker to form different effects and transitions. Now there a little tool called XML adder which is like an add-on to windows movie maker that allow you to customize these effect and transition. While this is a small size tool is also has a system requirements which I think what cause the error message to pop-up. Make sure that you have NET Framework Version 2.0 or greater installed in your system because if you don’t have it or you have an earlier version of NET Framework this “The application failed to initialize property” error will continue to pop out.
Hope This Helps.
