Hello,

I want to change some settings and it seems like I don’t have access to do this. This is the error about unattend.xml and no solutions were found on the Internet about this. Can you experts help me please to solve this error ?

Hello Jerry, in your case, Windows could not just process or parse the unattended file. There could be a number of reasons behind it but more often this is related to registry settings. Other user profiles can also affect the set-up of the configuration. But the first thing we must do is to check the sysprep mode. First, deactivate any anti-virus in the unit since a conflict might To access it, once you’re in the OOBE screen, press ctrl and shift and F3 keys simultaneously to go to sysprep mode. So later on, it will post the actual error.
