Unable to Contact with Security Gateway

I’m facing an issue while making a VPN link though Client Cisco software. It is not a regular scenario but sometimes the process gets ended at step of "Contacting the Security Gateway".

Lastly it generates error messages i.e, Remote Peer is no longer responding or "Securing communications channel". Ultimately, process gets terminated with “Failed to enable virtual adapter”.

There is an error when connecting in Client Cisco Software if the error indicates the group Id or group password is wrong then you have to modify. And maybe there were something wrong in your connection which you can’t get through. In this matter you have to contact your local system administrator that you are working for or contact your internet provider because they are the one who can figure it out. Hope I can give you a little piece of suggestion and help.
