Symantec Trojan error while trying to run a cleaner

Hello,

I am the only user on my PC and I have all the administrator rights for user account. This error keeps appearing every time I want to run Symantec Trojan removal tool. Is there a way to solve this problem with my user account ?

The administrator rights which  the message is referring to, are the ones set up in the Symantec software.
 
You will  need to set up your account with the full administrator rights in the Symantec application. Maybe you can check on the Symantec help tab.
 
Go to Control Center in Symantec, then Administrators > Users > Administrators, on this screen, add your account and define full rights to it.
