Simulating Mac OS X on windows 7 – Virtual Machine

Hello !

I have been trying for a few days to simulate Mac OS X on my windows 7 but so far I have had no real success.

I tried to make a virtual machine using PearPc 3.0 but as soon as it installs I receive BSOD without any warning.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate with very powerful specs (4 GB of Ram DDR3, Intel Quad Core 8300 @ 2.5GHZ).

The BSOD pops up right after installation as soon as it finishes to boot. (this is the moment I receive BSOD)

PearPC 0.3.0 – [F12 disables mouse]

MAC OS X

Loading IP Firewall extension

Do you guys know any way of simulating Mac OS ? It doesn't necessarily has to be by using PearPC.

I am only interested to create this virtual machine, no matter how I do it.

Thank you

Try that with VMware. That is best suited for this type of virtual machines. You should download a fresh new copy of VMware and then install that and start it and install in that. I haven't see many problems with virtual machines using VMware.

VMware is most suited for installation on Windows machines. I haven't seen anybody with problems on VMware.

On the other hand, BSOD's are typical in nature. They make the computer freeze and restart.

You must check  for an Antivirus software and do scan the computer with it before you continue.

Cheers.
