Hi,

You ordered online for the mobile phone. You ordered because there is an option with the company that you can order online. It is provided by the company to her customer.

During submitting order and receiving the mobile phone you have to sign some papers i.e. agreement. If it is not so, you signed the receipt paper of the order.

However, were there any notifications or agreement like this? Was there any guaranty or warranty period? If your mobile phone covers any of the conditions above you can change the mobile phone with a good one from the company.

You can take help from the customer care of the originator company in this regard.

I hope you understand it.

Thanks

Returning an item you bought online is always a big headache. One reason is time. When you buy something online, it usually takes a month before your item reaches your home. Unless the location of the item is within your country, the time of delivery will be much shorter. But if the item ships from overseas, the item will reach you more or less one month.

Now, in case there’s a problem with the item and you need to return it, it will also take time before the item reaches the store and before a new replacement is sent back to you. Another reason is money. Usually, when you have to return an item you bought, you shoulder the expense of shipping the item back to the store.

The store normally doesn’t reimburse the shipping cost of the returned item. When returning an item you bought online, you should return it to the store where you bought it and not to the manufacturer. Like for example, if you buy an Apple iPhone from a store on eBay, you should return the phone to the store on eBay and not to Apple.

It is the store’s responsibility to return the item to the manufacturer.
