Hi. Make sure that the firewall or proxy you may be using on your computer is correctly set up. Check whether your anti-virus is up to date. Update it if necessary. Scan your computer and remove threats if any of them exist. Enable your dash-lane, if not enabled. After that, reconnect your computer to the internet.
That error obviously indicates you have a problem with your internet connection. Any browser will display that error if it cannot connect to the internet. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer and that error appeared, you need to check your internet connection. If your computer is connected to a router, try resetting the router.
If it has a power button, turn it off, wait about five to ten seconds, and then turn it back on. Press the refresh button in Microsoft Internet Explorer to refresh the page or press F5 on your keyboard. You can also press CTRL + F5 to force refresh the page. See if this fixes the problem.
If your router doesn’t have a power button just like mine, just unplug the power connector at the back of the router for about five to ten seconds then plug it back in. Some ISPs offering wireless internet service such as 4G LTE sometimes provide their subscribers with Wi-Fi routers that don’t have on/off switch like what my ISP does.
If the problem continues, contact your ISP for proper checking to let them know you lost internet connection.
