Problem in downloading Photo Story 3

I have an inspiron 1720 laptop of Windows Vista.

I am trying to download Photo Story 3 from Microsoft and I keep getting error messages; the first is, Error 1335 and ask if you want to Abort Retry or Cancel.

No matter what I click, I get another error message "Error 2350".

But when I check Vista compatibility with Photo Story 3, it says that it is compatible.

Can I download it on a CD from an XP machine and then try copying it?

Is there any fix for this type of error?

I have a project left for a college class for a week and I need this program!

So, I need the solution.

Thanks!

Hi,

I can understand the necessity of Photo story software for your personal purpose. You can download it easily in your vista operating system. This software is compatible in windows vista.

So there have no any reason to show any critical error to download or use in your current operating system ( windows vista)

You got error to download Photo Story 3 in your computer for the slow internet connection. Your internet connection could not receive the files from internet. So you got error message.

Let you try to buy a CD with Photo story software and then try to operate it after install successfully.

If you downloaded Microsoft Photo Story from the official Microsoft website, you might be downloading the version locked on Windows XP. When I did a search for that program on the internet, the only available version that you can download officially from the Microsoft website is the Windows XP version. I’m not sure if this is different from the one on FileHippo which works until Windows 10.

Anyway, just try downloading both to see which one works on your computer:

Microsoft Photo Story is a free application from Microsoft that allows users to create a visual story from their digital photos. The program uses the Ken Burns Effect on digital photos and allows you to add narration, transition, effects, and background music to create a WMV movie file with pan and zoom effects.

The latest and last version, Photo Story 3.1, was included with the discontinued Microsoft Digital Image 2006.
