Hello,

When I start to prepare the forest of my Active Directory for Lync Server 2013 and follow the steps which worked very well for my friend, I have this error and nothing seems like to work. I did the same steps many time without a result. Does anyone have a solution for this error ? What did I missed ?

Thank you !

Hello,

To solve this troublesome issue,

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. Open “C:UsersbaluilagAppDataLocalEnable-CSAdForest-[2014_02_09][22_29_24].html”.

3. You’ll see an error saying no member of “Enterprise Admins” group.

4. Add the user which is preparing the forest to “Enterprise Admins” group.
This picture will help you get a clear idea where to add the user.

Now, your problem should disappear forever.
