If your Norton AntiVirus failed to start after updating your Windows XP to the latest Service Pack and restarting doesn’t help either, try reinstalling it. Click Start, Control Panel, and then Add or Remove Programs. Select Norton AntiVirus from the list then click Remove or Uninstall and then restart the computer when you are prompted.
