If you are looking for a template to use maybe on your mobile website, you can use Artisteer 4.0. It is an application for creating different web templates which you can then apply to your website. With this you can create or design your own HTML template without having to go through those tedious parts of designing an HTML page and creating the webpage’s separate CSS and JavaScript files.
