Msimn.exe – Application Error on windows

Greetings to All,
I am here on this forum to discuss one of my issues with Microsoft outlook 6. I am facing this error message whenever I try to open my Microsoft Outlook application.
I click on Ok and at times it just opens a blank outlook, and at times it closes but I see outlook.exe running on my task manager. I click on cancel and nothing happens.
