Today I have installed the 5144 Candidate Release of Parallels Desktop over my full Parallels 3, and I am receiving this error message now. What should I do now? Any idea

Thanks for asking us. This is due to wrong settings and installation source problem.

You have to check some things here.

Check the settings that you have applied in your package.

Also check the system requirements that this software supports.

One more big issue that I have assumed is this, your installation source is not complete and you have missed some files during installation.

I would like to suggest you to reinstall the package and try again.
